Ayana is the owner of True Massage & Bodywork. She also is the business development specialist and co-owner of the real estate investment company, BlackLands Enterprises. She graduated from Lively Technical College and earned her license in Massage Therapy. She has a background in medical modalities and has a certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage from Florida's CE Institute as well as a background in chiropractic care. Her passion for promoting health and wellness influenced her to begin traveling to clients to encourage wellness through the benefits of bodywork. That passion has transformed into True Massage & Bodywork which brings integrative healthcare services to the Tallahassee community and surrounding areas.

Shay is a talented and licensed massage therapist who's style is intuitive and therapeutic. She received her license from Lively Technical College earning over 750 hrs of education in massage services. Her pressure can range from firm to deeper pressure.
