Meet Ayana Truesdell, licensed massage therapist, licensed esthetician, manual lymphatic drainage certified, and 2025 nursing graduate - Founder of True Massage & Bodywork.
Ayana is a certified post-operative care specialist, and the visionary behind True Massage & Bodywork Post-Op Spa in Tallahassee, FL. Founded in 2018, she has years of hands-on experience and a deep passion for transformation .
As a recent nurse grad with over 500 hours in post anesthesia care, Ayana bridges the gap between medical recovery and restorative wellness, offering clients safe, evidence-based treatments in a serene, luxury environment. In 2023 she became a nationally certified continuing education provider, helping other health care practitioners earn their certification in Post Op Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
