We drain excess fluid from the body naturally and safely without the need of ("incisional drainage"). This treatment is highly recommended for post- surgical patients to reduce swelling, formation of fibroids, and excess scar tissue. For non post op clients, see "Wellness Lymphatic Drainage Treatment". Consultations, a self massage lesson, faja assessment, and customized plans are included in your first intake session.
Yes! There are endless benefits to manual lymphatic drainage and we do offer a "Wellness Manal Lymphatic Drainage Session" for those who are not post op and seeking traditional lymphatic drainage for wellness and immunity purposes.
Surgery causes trauma to tissues, which triggers inflammation and fluid accumulation. Your lymphatic system is responsible for removing this excess fluid, cellular debris, and toxins. After surgery, especially procedures like liposuction or tummy tucks, the lymphatic pathways can be disrupted or overwhelmed. Manual lymphatic drainage helps:
-
Speed up the removal of excess fluid and swelling
-
Reduce the risk of fibrosis (hard, lumpy scar tissue)
-
Minimize bruising and discomfort
-
Improve circulation to healing tissues
-
Enhance your final surgical results
-
Reduce recovery time

No! We always check in with you to ensure you are comfortable. Lymphatic Drainage may be uncomfortable but it is never meant to be painful. If you feel intense pain during your session please speak up so we can adjust to your comfort level.
No! We are not licensed or trained to open any incisions. Opening incisions after surgery leads to infection, scar tissue, and complications. If anyone offers to open your incisions, run in the other direction!

The ultrasound machine emits sound waves deep into the body, stimulating heat, blood circulation and pain relief. It can help resolve scar tissue, prevent fibrosis, and accelerate healing. Add this treatment to your session for optimal results. Included in all post op packages.
How many sessions will depend on the individual. You can expect to need between 1-4 sessions a week depending on multiple factors. Especially your first 4 weeks post-op. However, everyone should receive post-op massages for the first 12-14 weeks after surgery. We can recommend a plan for recovery that works for you.
We offer 6, 8, 10, 20 session packages.
We offer packages that allow you to save money on multiple sessions and many other benefits. All packages come with ultrasound therapy, travel fees, self massage tutorial, and treatment plans.
Many clients notice reduced swelling and improved comfort immediately after their first session. However, cumulative results build over time:
-
Immediate: Reduced tightness, improved mobility
-
24-48 hours: Decreased swelling and puffiness
-
After 3-5 sessions: Noticeable reduction in swelling and bruising
-
After 8-10 sessions: Significant improvement in contour and texture
-
Final results: Continue improving for 3-6 months post-surgery
Remember, healing is a gradual process. Consistency with your treatment plan is key to optimal results.
